Meet the Owner - Chad Wood

"I am driven to create things that matter and endure.  My background isn’t standard for a business owner in this industry, and that’s exactly why it works. The first discipline of my young life came as a deck department enlisted sailor in the Navy - onboard the U.S.S. Camden.  After my enlistment, I spent a few seasons in Minnesota -- framing homes in the southwest metro with Doug Speedling Builders.  It was a hands-on training program in rough carpentry and finish framing.  An injury paused my efforts as a builder.  I then held a 15-year tenure in the hospitality industry -- managing fine-dining service, luxury events, and beautiful weddings.  I returned to building after covid-19 shut down the service industry.  The work is rewarding, and the results speak for themselves.  I teach my teams to operate with professionalism and uncompromising white-glove service.
